"I walked in for a dip manicure and left with 3 of my fingers cut and a color I didn't ask for. Instead of simply telling me they were full so l could go back another day, the front desk lady was very rude in telling me that she had to my nails. She was yanking on my hands and twisting my fingers while she did my nails. She also made me have my hands nearly hanging off the edge of the table closest to her instead of in the middle of the table like usual which was very uncomfortable. I picked a blue dip color but changed my mind to white with glitter. I pointed out the number I wanted and they did not turn out that way. They are nude color or even off white as shown by the picture attached. She also cut me on three of my fingers without apologizing after cutting each one nor at the end of the session as shown in the picture attached. Safe to say I will never be coming back."
