"There was a bit of a wait when I got there but I was greeted, asked what I was looking for, and kept in the loop on my waiting period. The person who greeted me gave me enough time to look at colors (I was not rushed), and kept me in the loop on the wait several times. Tina did my nails and did an *absolutely* wonderful job. She was quick, but also took her time, paying attention to detail. The salon was clean and orderly, and they had a great selection of colors. Beyond this, the customer service was incomparable. I recently moved here and couldn’t be more grateful to have found my new nail salon!"
"This was my second time at this place. The worse experience. This young girl had a bad attitude and was on the phone while working on my pedicure. Also found out they reuse the scrubbers. This is very unsanitary. Ppl pls be careful on the utensils they use, everything should be disposable."
"Superb service and friendly staff always! I've been coming to this place over 10 years. Never dissappointed. This a dip powder on my natural nail."
"Would give 0 if I could. Called. Asked how much for a manicure. No Polish. Was told $13. I asked when is next available. She said now. Came in. Smelled heavily of all chemicals used throughout the day. Already a turn off and should have turned around. Thought. Give them a chance. Close by my house. Why not. Woman barely spoke to me. MANICURES = NEW INSTRUMENTS!!! She pulled out a VERY USED nail file. A BOX CONTAINER THAT SAID “USED BRUSH” for buffer cube/rectangle. AGAIN NAIL FILES AND BUFFERS ARE ONE TIME USE! Anyways. Put lotion on arms. Then I changed my mind and didn’t want clear. It typically peels off anyway. She told me $17. I informed her I was told on the phone $13. Young lady spoke up and said no. I said $17. Okay whatever I paid. I will not be back. Manicures should have new metal utensils and instruments. She did not. So I will likely get an infection. She did not do a good job either. Very unsatisfactory work. Sad. Do not look good. Wish I had looked at reviews first before wasting money. Disappointed. I’ll have to go home and do what I did not want to do because I am afraid of messing them up and having to cut them short. But I will if I have to. Will. Not. Come. Here. Again. I don’t suggest you do either."
