"Very unprofessional. Not a business where you feel welcome. Rossie was cutting this guys hair. You could tell she was done cutting his hair. She kept on talking to him and sobbing his head, I waited 30 minutes and still she was taking her sweet time with this customer, that clearly was done with his haircut. As my little one and I were walking towards the door to leave…she didn’t even care to say anything positive to keep us as customers. Again, sad and very unprofessional. Muy mal servicio al cliente. "First time I cut my hair in 10 months. As soon as I walk in no waiting on a Thursday ( late afternoon ) the owner was really polite and kind I found them on the web site. Great reviews plenty of 5 stars. I had 2 inches cut off for split ends( dam me for that ) nice cut left with a ponytail in braids. Got me a card I feel I'll be back next time I cross this state again. Thank you for a good feeling there."
