"Very disappointed... I went in for a wispy set and my lashes came out very spikey and unnatural in a non-flattering way... I figured the end results weren't going to be good when she finished super quick and didn't even bother to take a pic of her end results. When I asked to customize the wispy set and make it cat Eyed, to better compliment my eye shape she stated she couldn't do that because she has to follow the pre-made map. A true lash artist should be able to be creative and adapt a style to compliment a client's eye... other lash artists I've gone to have had no problems customizing my lashes. Lastly, I paid $150 for them to only last 2 weeks. That is not okay and have never had a problem with keeping my lashes clean nor from falling this soon & not to mention that my natural lashes also fel off so quickly and you cab see patches of my lashes missing... I was going to give her a chance to fix them at my 3 week refill, but canceled because I knew that by then I'd have less than 40% of my lashes and she would've charged a full set which I was not going to do. It's a shame because I was looking forward to finding a new artist closer to home, but she was not it."
