"I got a model cut/color from Damon. He reached out to me almost immediately after I filled out a model form! Damon was super communicative and responsive to what I wanted, and did a great job finding references and colors that suited what I was looking for. He also accommodated my super busy schedule :) On the day of my appointment, we went over the cut and color again and he was super thorough when describing the steps of the color process, what he would do with the cut, etc. I went in knowing exactly what to expect and he delivered! I am super happy with my hair and I feel so much more like myself. Damon is also extremely polite and friendly and made the whole experience feel so welcoming."

"The day before at a different place my daughter was in tears because the stylist didnt giver her what she wanted even when shown reference pics. We came here and being a preteen when they asked what she wanted it started with I dunno, but Angelina was able to look at a reference pic and talk with her and took the time to figure out what she wanted and delivered. My daughter left extreamly happy with her new style. Highly recommend."

"The environment and vibes are great. Mason is awesome. I am happy with my cut most times I come here. But -- I do not feel valued. I missed my appointment today and was charged as per the cancellation policy. Fair is fair, as it was my fault for the oversight. Usually, this wouldn't be an issue, I experienced layoff recently and it is December - so any hit while I'm down is hard. I would've been happy to reschedule. Reasoning: I've been asked to move my appointment -- at least 3 times, two of which were within the same day of appointment -- within hours (or less) of the scheduled time. 1 of those that I was asked to reschedule, I was in the car, on the way (last year), and needed to *turn around* to go home. It was fine. Things happen, I get it. I want to work with people. My cut tends to be on the same day each month -- last month it was moved (rescheduled), so this month it was on the "off day", slipping my mind. Each time I was asked on very short notice -- or less -- I worked with the stylist/salon and moved every appointment, no issue. It would be cool people to have some give and take. Again it's my fault, before the salon responds as such, yes -- still. We live and learn!"
