"Giving one star only because it requires me to choose at least that. I went once before and came back to give them a “second chance” as the first time I went my tips were put on crooked and lifted. I was literally the only customer except one person in the back getting a pedicure. I was rushed to choose a color then the color book was taken from my hands. When I was passed on to the 3rd tech (didn’t understand why but assumed they had their reasoning) I told him the color (from their book) I wanted and asked for 2 coats color then 2 coats clear, I was told no, they couldn’t do that. I was embarrassed and uncomfortable. I asked them to remove the color I had on, I paid $10 (even though they were the ones that put it on) and excused myself. What a shame. It’s a beautiful building, but the techs I had both times were less than desirable. I won’t return or recommend this place."

"Love love love that I stumbled across this hidden gem after trying many nail salons around the area. Megan is amazing and always does quality work. Diana is also amazing at pedicures and is very accommodating. You won’t be disappointed with anyone there. They’re all friendly and welcoming."

"Yesterday I went to this salon at 5:13, I saw your reviews and it encouraged me to go more than anything because I had an event and I needed them. I don't usually complain but the truth is that they don't give me money so I can give it away for lousy service. I know that they closed at 6 and that I went last minute but for that very reason I called and they told me that they could help me, when I arrived the receptionist was very kind. They passed me but 3 more people entered who attended first. That doesn't bother me so much because I work in customer service in a restaurant and I know what it's like to see people arrive at the last minute and that all the staff are already waiting to leave but I think that's why they should refuse to attend and you leave upset because they no longer gave you service to let you pass and do a bad job for you in a hurry to want to leave. My nails are small and I have gone to other places and I have NEVER had a job done like this, the raised nails are really horrible and for 54 dollars I would not mind paying them because I have paid even badly but the nails have been of excellent quality and 5 as a tip because I really feel sorry for not leaving anything but for something horrible if I complain, the truth is that they should pay more attention to the quality of the work, I have no complaints about the attitude of the staff but about the work and the logistics of not having order to attend to the first that arrives, I will never go again, much less recommend someone. my nails literally look like chicken feet nails. I think that like the rest I deserve a good service and I did not get it."

"I've been to this place a couple of times now and never leave unsatisfied. I went here to get my nails done for graduation and i got so many compliments on those. The pricing for nail art differs by the nail tech. For example, the pink ones costed 50-55 and the purple ones cost 65. It would make more sense for the pink ones to cost more because the art is more complex and on each finger. I still enjoy the process and end result. I am always treated kindly and they always offer a drink. Definitely recommend!"
