Sharkey's Cuts For Kids - North Fort Worth

"This is my son's first visit in this location and experience is really good. We were regular in their Coppell location. They have experienced stylists who are really gentle to the kids and take enough time to relax them. They give a balloon and a lollipop after every cut which make my son really happy. Their charge justify their services."

"This place is a joke from the haircut to the service, both women that I got for my two sons should go back to beauty school. No patience for kids, they tried to rush you out and on top of that the hair cut was bad like bad bad. I would not recommend this place for your kids, specially if it’s your child’s first hair cut. I honestly paid for someone else to mess up my kids hair I had to fix my sons haircut my self at the end of the day. Place is dirty too they don’t even bother to clean up the chairs for the kids bunch of hair all over it. I don’t think they even clean their clippers and they don’t use special clippers for babies. They use adult clippers which of course is louder than the ones they should be using for younger kids who never gotten their hair cuts. Overall this was the worst experience ever. SMH doesn’t even deserve a one star. I don’t remember one of their names but one is named Rachel."

"We took our 14 month old here last night, and had an amazing experience to say the least. This is his third haircut, but the first one here and I’ll be sure to continue going here. The first two we went to pigtails and crew cuts. my son fell into the floorboard of the cars due to the seats belts not even coming close to keeping them in this little car, they were extremely rough, and I practically had to hold my son down each haircut. We walk into Sharkeys and our immediately greeted like walking into a family gathering. Kindra immediately took over with care and comfort and informed us it would be best/ preferred had we not be in his view due to him not liking them and it being harder on us all. Normally I’d be against this but it was the best decision. Yes, this place is a little pricey, but you can’t pay for comfort like that. I will be sure to return here for each haircut."

"Came in for a haircut for my 1.5 year old son. His hair was wet and combed when we left. When it dried, this is what it looked like. For $30?! Not worth me driving back over there to have them fix it, just won’t go back."

"I normally take my kiddo to Pigtails and Crewcuts but found out about this location through my neighbor. I’m so glad they recommended Sharkey’s, we were pleased! It’s easy to book an appointment online, plenty of time slots to fit your schedule. The parking lot had enough spaces in the front during the time we visited, I think there are more in the back as well. When we walked inside we were greeted immediately and checked in. My child loved her cut and manicure. She got a balloon and ring as well. There is a sign inside that states if you check in on Facebook you ALSO get free Dippin Dots! So many freebies. It helped justify my paying $40 for a child’s cut that didn’t include a wash. To me that’s a lot to spend, but she had a great experience and the stylist did awesome."
