"This was the worst service I have received, especially from a dealership. While in for service, I wanted a quote to put towing mirrors on my truck. The parts guy looked things up and then told me I’d need to speak to an advisor. The “advisor” couldn’t give me an answer. They initially told me I could wait for the truck which was great because I had plans, and then when I arrive it was going to be 4 hours which turned into all day. When I called in to get an eta on the service, they told me the truck was just finishing up so I asked them to send the driver to pick me up. 45 minutes later, no driver. I called back and it would be another 45 minutes. They gave me $50 off which was nothing considering the bill and the headache. There’s another dealership nearby Fruia GMC."
