Not only were they but my husband ended up having to put in the battery himself while the representative had no experience. Not that that’s his fault but seriously made an inconvenience feel even worse."
"BEWARE OF YOUR ITEMS SENT HERE! They are a UPS access point. Where my item was redirected due to being unable to be delivered at my home. They were very suspicious concerning my item not being delivered. But when speaking directly to driver at UPS and sharing this with the Advance Auto Parts associates all of sudden my packaged appeared. Yes it was halfway open. They lied about the name of the associate receiving it, they lied about it not having my name on the packaged correctly, and they were barely accepting it into their system as I was getting my item."
