"My first time at this spa, they were busy but were able to accommodate me right away, I got a white gel pedicure with Angel, she did an amazing job!!! I’m super meticulous and the technician did a really good job on cuticles and the polish looked gorgeous!!! They had an array of complimentary beverages. The place looked nice and clean and it had a lively atmosphere. Will take my sisters and mom here next time, and will try their complimentary Vietnamese coffee!"

"It’s an amazing place! But I I went at the very last minute! And my nails were very nice but Im guessing the lady that did my nails wanted to leave already and she did a very bad job as you can see in the picture theres some loose brush bristles or hair you can see on my nails. Didn’t even bother to fix it. My engagement picture are coming very soon and I’m very disappointed!"

"They always takes their time and make sure that I'm happy with my nails. They pay attention to detail and give you a great manicure for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back."

"I never post reviews, especially negative ones. This place was clean. Sanitized their tools. But no one spoke to me, I asked if there was a wait. They pointed to pick a color. If there had been a wait I would have left, but they pointed to a seat so I thought I would start shortly. It was about 15 minutes. That’s on me for not leaving. she changed the shape of my nails from what I asked. They have papers you sign in on and they give you a price. My price changed at the register which is fine, but it was for nail shape and long nails. Which I had neither. She did not file the underside on my nails, leaving acrylic powder bunched there. She said thank you and walked away before the nail lamp was even done. No cleaning, cuticle oil, massage, or even towel. The gel polish has ragged edges. This was a mess. They weren’t busy, if she was having a bad day I understand. But so many other people could have hopped in to fix it. I was just passing through, I’m from out of town but I wouldn’t return."

"Everything was just perfect in my experience at Trophy salon! Katie was EXTREMELY professional and very experienced - as well as lovely & a delight to chat with. She advised, informed & educated me about acrylic nails for which my nails will be forever in a much healthier & stronger condition!! Eric the manager was very friendly, warm & welcoming. I enjoyed a couple of glasses of champagne and they even charged my phone! Couldn’t have been a better experience and my nails are just absolutely gorgeous!!!
