"TERRIBLE customer service. I came in with my natural nail quite long wanting a new full set of acrylics. The tech was VERY rough with the drill cutting me several times. then put the thinnest layer of acrylic, I told her they are too thin she ignored and continued. I told her AGAIN they are too thin they will break. she then put another layer on and moved over to the next table (to another customer) not saying a word. Another tech came and started working on my nails she filed down my nails to a shape and size I did not ask for ( she did not ask if I wanted to keep the length). The when I told the fort desk I am not happy with the service today they just said sorry this is ur total and continued talking ont he phone."

"This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a nail salon in a very long time. I like my nails natural with a little something interesting and Lee delivered! I showed them a picture when I arrived and they talked me through the options and what would work best. We went with their House Mix acrylic and a chrome powder. I’m extremely happy with how my nails turned out. Everyone I spoke to during my visit was very nice and helpful. I have very sensitive skin and sometimes getting my nails done can be uncomfortable. However, Lee took great care of me! He was very careful around my cuticles and paid close attention to detail. I will definitely be returning to this salon and getting my nails done by Lee again!"

"This place is AMAZING! I loved the place, all the options they have for dip powder. They have a full bar with a complimentary drink (I tried the iced green tea and it was delicious) If you want to get your nails done in a beautiful place and get a great service, you need to go to 77 Nail bar."
