"Delia was pretty good. She helped me (Asian fine hair) cut long layers and was very patient to cut off all my split ends. I also opted to do the Milbon 5 steps treatment. My hair suffered heat damaged with my curling iron. After treatment, my hair was noticeably shinier. My perm curs were still intact. It has been about a week now.
