"i got my individuals done about two weeks ago? and they weren’t full, and they itched really bad. the next day i called and asked if i could have a refund and get them removed but they said they couldn’t give me my $40 back or give me a service in return since they weren’t to my liking . the lashes are literally stuck to my eye lid instead of under my eyes. i used to come here all the time but i will not be returning. refunds should be available if a customer is a allergic or isn’t happy with their lashes . the lady told me i couldn’t have my money back because “ they took their time “ . this customer wasn’t happy ."
