"Been awhile since I've had a manicure with my nails painted. Used to have it done all the time back in the day. So this was the first time in two and a half years. Very welcoming as soon as I walked in and was offered a beverage. Highly recommend this place and I normally don't do that!!!"

"Okay, so I wasn’t unhappy with the nails or the service. But I explained to her that I need whatever tips she puts on need to be strong because I was going to be bartending that weekend. I’ve had them for about a week and 5 have cracked all at the exact same spot in the nail and down to the nail bed causing bleeding and a lot of pain. You can see the blood coming through my nail on the second picture. I spent $60 for my nails to be damaged and cracked. I’m not one to complain and I don’t get my nails done often but this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had my nails done many times before and never have they broke at the same spot all the way down to the nail bed and caused me to bleed and to have to wrap my fingertips with band aids or tape just so that I can get through work. I would like management to contact me so we can figure out a solution. This was a waste of money and super painful. Surely there was a mistake that caused this breaking. The first one broke after 2 days and the rest just keep following one after the other and the pain is awful. Please contact me so we can reach a resolution and I’ll be happy to update or remove this review."

"This is the 3rd time that I've been to this salon but it will be the last. Not because I had to wait nearly 30.mims after they had walked me to the chair, not because when I asked for a nice flower on my big toes and she put dots and not because every time I asked for something the woman seemed to truly be bothered that I was asking for anything at all. And not even when I had to wait again because the lady that I had couldnt paint the flower I wanted on my fingernails. No its because it's been 1 week today and already 2 nails have fallen off and 2 more are about to fall off and the cuticle area looks horrible. I have never, even with just regular painting my nails have them fall off after less than a week. And my nails do not grow THAY fast to have my cuticles look like this. It looks prerty"
