"I am so irritated it’s not even funny!! They look absolutely horrible, I kept stalling them no that I didn’t like it and it finally go to the point I just wanted to go. The underneath is so messy, my thumb isn’t even completely painted with top coat on top of the fact it’s not straight and it’s wavy. So many gaps and a ton of the nails aren’t even straight. I was there for 5+ hours for 2 pedicures and dip nails. Now I have to find somewhere to go tomorrow after I get off work at 5 to do my nails because these are so bad and embarrassing!!! I have an extremely professional job and I have to show up with these. They kept struggling with the design, which is fine if she couldn’t do it they should’ve told me and I would’ve just done one solid color."

"Very disappointed. I spent $93 on my sister and my own nails. Our nails are shown below. Mine are pink hers are blue. We were suppose to have the same design on ring fingers. My designs do not match. Both of our nails are all uneven in length and shape. I asked for dip and she started to do gel and I tried to stop her and tell her I wanted dip she said that the gel would look much better and that she asked me when I came in what I wanted and I said gel. I told her I needed a fill with dip color and my sister needed a full set. She had asked me what was on my nails currently I told her gel so I’m sure that’s where the confusion started on dip/gel but when I asked her to do dip not only did she say the gel would look much better then she tells me she would have to completely restart. Mind you had we had waited almost two hours before being seated in a chair and once seated in a chair waited an extra 15-20 minutes before nail techs came to work on us. Then while she is placing jewels on she asked me to approve them before we dried them, 3 jewels were upside down. I asked her to fix them and she had me point out every single one as she flipped them over. Please see pictures below for yourself. This may be okay to some people but this completely awful considering I tried to tell her multiple times it was not what I wanted. Overall just very upset with the quality and communication of this establishment . I tried them previously 3 years ago and was not happy then figured giving them a second shot would be better."
