"I was just in a couple weeks ago and got my hair colored and cut, by Monica. I hate to say names, but I had a lot of concerns we talked about them, and they were addressed, but not taking care of, so it’s like she didn’t truly care. She just wanted the money, over $300 plus tip not cool. My hair looked fine when the hairdresser had my hair styled, but styled in a way that it seems as she was hiding her mistakes a lot of uneven bleaching. My hair also feels stretchy, gummy and pulley.My neck has been stained weeks from the purple hair dye that she put in my hair. The purple dye is almost not even there anymore & the color underneath is so uneven and blotchy, brassy/ gray. It’s very depressing. Know how to take care of colored hair. It isn’t the first time that my hair has been different colors. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back for anymore hair appointments. The quality was not there for the price and now I’m a stuck with another issue."

I called several other Ulta's explaining our situation and was told that they were all booked up, Upon hearing of the predicament were were in, Annette was able to not only get my wife in, but also able to give us the desired time slot. Monica then gave my wife an updo that she absolutely loved for my company ball that evening. Thank you both so very much for going above and deyond what any other Ulta was willing to do for us. "So I’m the type of girl that doesn’t really spend on haircuts or goes to salons because I’m always afraid of them cutting more than I ask and I’m also really low maintenance. Well I needed to look presentable so I went there (with no appointment) and was assigned to Alyssa. She is great! She listened to what I wanted and even answered all my questions that I had about coloring (I normally do it at home), but she convinced me to do it next time in Ulta so I will definitely be back. My hair is naturally wavy/curly and I asked her to blow dry it. I told her I normally wear it natural and she suggested giving me more layers for volume. Watching her blowdry my hair so patiently, I was amazed at how straight and smooth my hair feels. 3 days later and my hair is still perfectly smooth and shiny! Highly recommend!"
