"I was sold the package of I believe 10 tans for $80 or so. I was told I could use them whenever and they don’t expire. The girl even said if I want to use them over the “months” I can because I explained I don’t tan often. I have probably used 1 maybe 2 of those and went today to find out that you have to use them in a certain amount of time. Everyone at this location is friendly and I don’t think anyone did this purposely. I just feel when you sell that package, it’d be helpful to know that it does in fact expire. I was a little frustrated that I was sold on the “don’t expire” part when they do."

"Would have loved to try the spray tan. I scheduled an appointment 10 days ago and even asked when the best day was to do the spray tan before my vacation. I was told today and sent a confirmation that I was on the schedule. I called this morning to see if there was anyway I could push the appointment 30 minutes this evening at 6 to 6:30. It was then I was told I was not ever scheduled and that there was not a sprayer at either location so today was not possible for me to come in. Amber did do her diligence and reschedule me for tomorrow morning and I agreed but was unable to move prior engagements to accommodate the new schedule. Hence the reason I scheduled originally 10 days in advance. I did contact the owner who was the original one to schedule only to get a response of she has told the girls she will stop scheduling via fb. This was not a last minute appointment."
"Poor customer service and low quality beds. 10/10 do not recommend if your just looking for a casually place to tan and relax avoid this place you will leave wasting your money and with a headache. *I still have a week left and I went ahead and went to bahama mama in Azle and so far the quality of the salon and the customer service is good!"
