"WORST NAIL SALON!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! Not only are my mothers and my daughters nails horrible. They were treated so poorly by the owner! The owner was flat out mean to my mother who is in a wheelchair and refused to do her nails unless she got out of her wheelchair!! She has severe spinal stenosis! She felt humiliated and intimidated! I called to discuss the situation and request a refund the owner himself told me he didn’t care and I could write whatever review I wanted. This man is a vile human being! The nails are awful, but it’s his cruel behavior to a handicap person that has my blood boiling!! He needs to be reported to Texas Cosmetology Board and that is exactly what I am going to do! I hope he never has the opportunity to treat another disabled person with such disrespect!"

"I would not recommend Q nails. I asked for a specific type of style mind you this I'd a fill I've been here 2 times prior no issues. showed pictures was told it would have to be solar I said okay and then she changed it and said just pick gel I can do gel... it does not come out anything like the picture then after she is done decides to file them taking off the paint on the sides and leaving nail polish on me very sloppy and they refuse to fix it and charged me 42$ instead of the 37 for the fill... im sick I have to walk around with these hideous nails."
