"I gave it 2 stars, because of fast and easy appointment, but I end up disappointed and frustrated because we went there to have our two boys have their haircut but end up with only one of boys received a haircut. For the reason that my youngest cried a lot, I tried my best to assist but the lady refuse to give a service. I thought they are equipped and trained to handle different types of customers especially kids but actually not, different as what they mention on their page."

"I went in and had a haircut and had my beard trimmed down but the young lady missed a lot on my neck and I didn't notice so I had to go back and have another lady shave off the remaining patch of hair on my neck . I've gone there many times and usually had a good experience however this was a huge oversight on her part . The staff was very accommodating when I pointed out what had happened with the patch of hair not being trimmed on the first visit. By the way I treated her with a very good tip on the first visit but she didn't seem to be too thrilled about it it's funny how people just expect things and not doing a great job but still wanting to be rewarded. I'll continue to use this location unless services do not meet my expectations just do a good job and enjoy your job and if you get tipped please acknowledge with enthusiasm."

"I specifically went to this great clips because they have the highest rating of any great clips near me. I think my stylist's name was Kristin, and she did great! She gave me exactly what I asked for. She also doubled checked with any questions she had before cutting and double checked after to make sure it's what I wanted and that I liked what she did. She was quiet, but that's not a problem for me. She was friendly and nice when talking to me. She worked quickly. I'm also glad I got to use the $10.99 coupon!"

"Heather does a PHENOMENAL job cutting my curly hair. She is clearly knowledgeable and makes calming conversation. She understands what I’m asking for and explains the process as the haircut progresses. I have been going to her regularly since the start of 2023 and have absolutely fallen in love with my hairstyle since."

"I do not like giving bad reviews to places but this is a special occasion. I took my mom to get her hair cut for her birthday/to be less heavy for the vacation we are going on in a few days and it is the worst haircut anyone in my family has ever received. The place as a whole is not much different than pro cuts or any other place that takes walk-ins for hair cuts, but her stylist is my complaint. I did not get the woman’s name unfortunately, but I noticed she had the under side of her hair shaved so that is the only identifier I have. I do not mean to be nasty toward this woman as a person because she was very sweet and personable. However, the haircut she gave was humiliating. When we arrived, my mom showed the stylist a reference picture for what she wanted and they even discussed a point for the hair to be cut to. The stylist even said she would cut lower because she would rather take more off later than it be too short, giving another reference point to where she would be starting. Despite all of that, the hair was cut too short to begin with. Upon blow drying and inspection, the hair was dramatically longer on one side of my moms head than the other, leaving the short side way shorter than what we asked for. My mom had to be the one to point it out because the stylist didn’t originally see anything wrong. There were multiple spots that were longer than the rest of the hair and needed to be trimmed- which I know is usual for haircuts- but again, the stylist didn’t notice and it had to be pointed out by my mom. One of those pieces being directly by her face and very noticeable. She left my mom’s hair frizzy and choppy, but we left as my mom was already unhappy with the length and did not want this woman to take off any more hair. The stylist again was very sweet and offered for us to come back later today if my mom finds more issues with her hair that she needs cut or fixed. My mom is now having to trim it again herself because it is still uneven. Not to be one of those people (because I know losing 1 customer does not affect chain places,) but I would like to tell anyone reading this review that we will not be coming back to this place. Bad haircuts happen, and we have had a few from here before, but this is where we have to just accept the fact that we just aren’t ever happy leaving this place. Her hair is now botched for pictures of her birthday and this family vacation for her to look back on and be embarrassed of forever. I would like for the stylist to understand that my mom is in tears still almost an hour later because of this haircut. As a hair professional you should know that nothing hurts a person’s confidence worse than bad hair. And it started because she just simply was not listened to in the beginning. Hopefully the stylist use it as a learning experience for clients in the future."
