"If I could give zero stars I would. No greeting or conversation, just soo rude to me and awkward silence ,the whole place was just uncomfortable and awkward, they acted like I was just a bother and inconvenience, I was soo disappointed, I'm not from here and I wanted to treat myself. I'm used to upbeat friendly ,lively places and the nails were nothing special, she rushed through and scraped me with the file and didn't even say sorry. She kept pulling on my fingers to probably loosen them up but I was soo uncomfortable. She didn't even ask if the length was ok , if I liked them Nothing, just rude and silent like I was bothering her day..I will never come back, I will drive to Fort Worth!"

"Nina ALWAYS does a wonderful job on my nails! I drive almost an hour to Ruby’s because I’m that happy with everything and everyone there. They make me feel welcome."

"I would give zero stars if possible. They were Very rude and unprofessional. we were not greeted just Told to sit down. She immediately started on me but seemed very rushed even tho only 1 other person was there. I asked for almond shaped nails. Every finger on my left hand was noticeably crooked. Normally I wouldn’t say anything but it was very noticeable. So I asked if she could fix it if not it was okay. She asked which finger was crooked and sounded annoyed so I just pointed out the worst ones bc I didn’t want to make her mad as I was pointing out the nails to her she rolled her eyes. I told her nvm it’s okay don’t worry about it but she aggressively “fixed” them. During this a couple walked in to get pedicures. And her and another employee immediately started talking about them in another language. But it was quiet obviously they were talking about them. It was incredibly awkward and definitely will not be back."

"I came in for a dip set around 5pm with an appointment and the woman who did my nails was rushing through it and was so rough it was painful most of the time and she cut my skin with the drill. She was not friendly at all which made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t get even close to the color I asked for (pictures of what I asked for and what I got). I definitely felt like an inconvenience and not a customer, very disappointed"
