"This location is always out of supplies! Always either we only have small or we cant make any cold drinks for some reason. Management needs a big review. Even after waiting in line for 15 minutes you would think they would announce hey we dont have any larges or whatever. Instead wait to tell you when you get to the register. Also the staff needs to be better trained."
