"I think my biggest problem is giving us people a chance who are on shift work to get coffee at 4:30 am, completely blowing competitors out of the water in this area, and then employees not even showing up on time. It makes me so upset because I would get coffee there almost every morning if they would actually be open. I’m very disappointed so 3 stars."
"Donuts are not made fresh anymore at locations from what I hear and I believe it. The filled donuts are dry the same as the glazed. I worked for Dunkin Donuts back in the 70's and we made them all by scratch. I was there at 4 am making donuts. These are ok but nothing like freshly made ones. Times change and the bad thing is, things only get worse instead of better."
"Rating three because in the past food was great. Service is always good. Cashiers and workers are always polite. However last time I ordered food I got three kolaches. They were frozen from the middle to the end. I was already long gone by the time I ate them that I just decided to let it go. But please WARM THEM UP LONGER."
"Ordered a large coffee and they can't even be bothered to fill it up. What a ripoff!"
"Bad service, the young man had his back to me the entire time. I was the only customer and he was worried about other things instead of his job. I helped myself to take my to go order for my girlfriend since the app said to take order number 646 so I did. I got home and she said where are my donut holes. They forgot her donut holes and it was not busy at all. I was pretty much uber eats. They need to do their job better but I don't blame them if they make $7.25, but otherwise customer service is non existent. Customer service didn't even help and was buggy and kept jumping all over the place. I called them five times during business hours no one picked up, what a joke!"
