"Our family went on vacation, and we went in for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures. There were 2 people working but they were very friendly and efficient. They conversed easily with us. The TV was on, which kept my husband entertained. I didn't like that they don't use a plastic liner for the foot bath...they're still using the tubs with the water jets, which can grow fungus inside where it can't be cleaned. It's been 5 days since we were there, and we have no problems, but it only takes once to catch foot fungus. Otherwise, they kept the salon clean. I detracted one star because of the foot tubs and one star because of the outside, which looked really rundown, but that's most likely the fault of the building's owner not taking care of it."

"I had a manicure and pedicure done at this place. Not even 24 hours and the gel fell off completely on one of my toes. And today is day 6. Both of my index fingers are about 1/4 of the way lifted. It was $80 for both services, but definitely NOT worth it. For additional context, I did NOT get into the ocean or swam in a pool. There should have been no reason why they came off as quick as they did. Shame."

I was skeptical about the tip color I chose but this 2023 trend surprised me with its final results. “Hem” took her time making sure I was satisfied. Her technique was great as she took her time with the cuticle and shaping my natural nail, almond shaped which is hard on short nails! Will come back!"
