This is an UNACCEPTABLE medical practice on an island inhabited by a retiree demographic. The single pharmacist on staff must listen to incessant announcements of "Four calls on hold for the pharmacy department." How many mistakes in correctly dispensing controlled substances, and otherwise, does this situation generate? The solution is simple - offer adequate compensation to attract qualified staff. How do we spell corporate greed?"
"I have been using this CVS since AI moved to the Island 4 years ago. I have always received great service including calls or texts if I have a prescription that needs to be rented before it runs out. their app is also great - when I went to the hospital I could easily pull up my current medications and dosages."
