"I’m giving it 3 stars because the nails are beautiful but the quality is not there. My nails started lifting on the 4th day didn’t even last the full two weeks, I’ve never had this issue. I also feel like I was overcharged, which I would have not complained about if the quality was there. Update- although your statement of letting me know the price before hand is true, I never stated it wasn’t if the quality of the product was there, which in this case was not. I did state the nails were beautiful because everything new looks great. $90+ dollar nails should not start falling on the 4th day. Your statement of the water is false this isn’t my first rodeo and have gotten my nails done for years; either the prep wasn’t done correctly and the seal wasn’t sealed correctly water shouldn’t be a problem if the prep and seal were done correctly."
