"I really tried to like my nails and my experience, but honestly the entire thing was horrible. The tech I was sat with was nice, but you could tell she was really annoyed, and she was being super sarcastic. It was really off putting and made me feel really uncomfortable and like I was causing her issues. I asked for short oval. I ended up getting medium almond. Now I will say she asked if the shape and length was ok, and I didn't say anything because I was already feeling really uncomfortable. I could have over looked the rushed service(barely 30 minutes in and out), the sarcasm, and the passive aggressive attitude, but I can't over look the fact that my nail polish was chipping and peeling within 2 hours after it was complete. Its three days later, the nail profile is chunky and not blended at the base, the shape is uneven and rushed, and three of my nails have chipped paint. I could have gone back and asked them to fix it but honestly the tech made me so upset I would rather take the money loss than see her again. I've been getting full sets for over 15 years, and I don't think I have ever been this upset about an experience. And to pay what I did for this set, I feel ripped off. Needless to say I won't be returning."

"Pedicure person did great, gentle and neat. Manicure person was rushed and sloppy. After she left the table having completed and told me to wash my hands, I did, then had to find her to ask her clean the black residue from around my nails that she left. Nails not uniformly shaped and rough with the filing. Didn’t clean under the nails or shape cuticles. Very rushed job. Slowing down, paying more attention to detail and being gentle would be good."

"I don't do my nails often, but i was having a bad week so I decided to treat myself.. I was hoping for nice nails like I had seen on their website(google) but my nails came out looking lumpy. The lady was rushing and wouldn't even speak instructions to me just slapping my hand around. They are lumpy and big and it makes me sad because I paid $55 +a tip I left out of courtesy.."
