"This is my second time getting the Brazilian and underarm sugar wax with Norma. She is very thorough and professional. She is very experienced and takes her time to ensure everything is done good. I feel so smooth and clean and will definitely continue to come back to Norma. One thing to keep in mind is that Norma does it all….answers client phone calls/ messages and provides the services. I’ve seen a few negative reviews from people who haven’t had service done with her but we’re upset over not getting an answer when they call and I don’t think that’s fair. Especially during these times we need to be patient with each other. I recommend you message her either by text or fb messenger and she will definitely get back to you ASAP."
