"This woman left bleach on my natural roots for an HOUR AND A HALF. 30 minutes is the absolute max it should ever be applied for. After I asked and thought it had been on too long, the staff was demeaning and made me feel so stupid for even asking. She also had me crane my neck awkwardly and painfully in the wash bowl for 30+ minutes while the toner processed. I’m about to have 2 under 2 and this was supposed to be a relaxing break without my 11 month old. I paid $195 (including tip because I can’t just not tip) for fried hair. This place is a joke. Just go to San Antonio."
