"Customer service is quite terrible here. I was trying to sell some of my pieces. Instead of just checking it right there, they asked me come back after some time. I dont live close and it was frustrating to travel for over 8 miles twice for just to not accept anything. They could have also tell that over the call. They were being particular about telling you that only at the store. Their website does not have any instructions what they accept and don’t apart from it should be laundered."

"Chose this place to sell my clothes based on close proximity. They told me rudely to leave it so they could examine it and I guess choose what they wanted a whole 24hrs went by no call so I called them and they were rude again and told me they wouldn't make an offer took it to another place I got a good chunk of change for it better than donating it for sure. Avoid this place unless you want a no - low ball offer and rude customer service"

"Had a terrible experience at the south location and was hoping this one was better but no. What's up with the shoes? A bunch of the same poorly constructed oddly painted shoes? And they have tons of fast fashion priced for above what it is brand new. Not to mention the actual decent pieces they have are all torn or stained or missing pieces. If this was a regular thrift store then who cares but a Shein dress priced for $17 and the strap is torn? And a dress with very noticeable stains for $19??? Just not worth it in my opinion. The staff at the back/buy counter were sweet but the girl up front was so deep in her phone and completely ignored me and was so dismissive of questions."
