"I came to Hays Uniforms on a tight deadline to get custom sweatshirts embroidered. I came in and was helped by the woman at the front desk. She helped me make all of the decisions and was so kind. Then I told them I needed it in 5 days and I got it back in 3!!!! Seriously they did such a great job and the customer service is unmatchable!"
"Avoid at all costs for your embroidery needs!! Had to prepay for embroidery with very minimal paperwork done at the time of drop off. I expressed my concern and was told if there are any issues they'd fix it. Received the items and the logo size was very small in comparison to the name embroidered. They had a sample of the expected size, but said it wasn't discussed. This is where paperwork would be helpful. They refused to fix the problem and instead said they used what they had and put blame back on me. I now have to reorder all new garments and have someone else embroider them. Save yourself the headache and go to someone that knows what they're doing."
