"I spoke to Gina, the owner, about how difficult it is to find someone who knows how to cut my son's curly hair. She assured me she could do it well, so I made an appointment for him and my husband for only a handful of days away. She apparently sent a text seeking confirmation from my husband. My husband thought he confirmed back, but it did not complete. She did not try to get in touch with me, even though I am the one who spoke to her and made the appointment. My husband shows up, and she had canceled them without saying a word to anyone. She had one of her other stylists cut their hair. Needless to say, my son's hair does not look good right before school starts, and they charged over $80 for two quick guy hair cuts. I texted Gina that I was disappointed she canceled them, and she was immediately hostile, unprofessional, and completely unapologetic."
