"Rose is the sweetest person I’ve ever seen and her work is justly simply wow and incredible.. keep up the good work.."
"Stay AWAY from here!! Took two of my girls and myself to get a haircut… never again! I SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED THE BAD REVIEWS!!! They charged us for services we didn’t receive. When we inquired about why we would have to pay for extra services even though that’s not what we received. Maria the manager told us “everyone has to pay for shampoos and pro cuts” even if that’s not what they receive. She told us that’s the price and she can’t change it, even though the price listed on the screen behind her said otherwise. She told us she “is charging what they are worth”. Maria continued to berate us and act in a manner unfitting for any adult. Maria should be ashamed and appalled at her own behavior. I would avoid this place at all costs! Not only did we receive bad haircuts we overpaid for them and had to deal with juvenile, unprofessional unethical people. My children who witnessed this manager behave so poorly were afraid. They have never witnessed someone behave that way. They never want to go into Walmart again. Hindsight it’s my fault for thinking a hair shop in Walmart could have any couth or decorum. Our hairs cuts are uneven, mine is several inches shorter than I requested and it has layers now which I specifically said I didn’t want layers. For reference I could’ve paid the same amount of money for what we were charged and got a quality cut from a well mannered independent stylist. Other “managers” reached out to us and agreed that we should not have been over charged. Yet they provided no resolution. I will be disputing this charge with my financial institution. Save yourself from the poor experience and go somewhere else. Obviously this organization is having issues. Check the other reviews as well. Also the language barrier between stylist and clientele is difficult."
"As someone who works in the industry, I am appalled to see the viral post of what you guys did to that poor girl for $200. You're a mockery of the profession and why people think they should just do it at home; because honestly, a 3 year old can do better than what you guys did to her. Please, anyone reading, don't go here. Go to a reputable salon where they won't have you blow dry yourself, cut layers like they're blind, and apply color like it's their first week of cosmetology school. I'm so glad we have the internet to cause awareness- shame on the hair dresser and shame on management. This isn't acceptable. This isn't okay. And this is what creates a larger gap in people not trusting stylists; how dare you."
"I'm basing my review on the terrible customer service my friend has received - since stepping into your salon. First - the cut. My 2 yr old granddaughter could cut the front framing better. Second - the color job. Wowser, my girls got a LOT of damage there. The coloring itself is just sad and pathetic. Then you burnt and melted her ends which will result in breakage and will make that horrible cut look better than the horror it is. Third - the stylist had her dry her own hair!!! All while my girl was crying saying she didn't like it!! I'd love to know how this "professional stylist" passed their state boards. Either she got really lucky, the administrator was blind or someone else took it for her. Someone better make sure her license is legit!! And if so, you need to send her immediately for in house training. This stylist needs just as much work as my friends hair needs to recover from her terrible work. And then - y'all reach out online and yet not a peep from a human yet?? Get it together."
"this is how they left my hair today. I paid 227 dollars. They said they would give my phone number to their manager. I'm still waiting for your call. I just can’t stop crying. You can see on the local cameras that since they were straightening my hair I was already crying and saying that I didn't like it. I need help. I already call my bank to dispute that transaction."
