"one of the nail specialist, Name "Mu" ? was highly rude and unprofessional, my daughter asked for something that was more on the simple side of a design and he said it was a "tedious" design and it would cost more .. I told him I had no problem paying more as long as he tried his best. He then said "You know what, I'm not going to do the design you can go somewhere else" I have never had a nail tech be so rude & disrespectful. I had pleasant experiences until this happened."

"The atmosphere is breathtaking, the customer service is amazing! I always get the King pedicure and let me tell you it’s like floating on clouds! The attention to detail is beyond belief!!! I love it here!!! The manicures are great and the eyebrow wax is on point!! All around the best spa I’ve ever been to!! The drinks they offer are amazing as well!! The staff know how to make you feel special!!!"

"Worst place I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here! Not only was my pedi tech too busy in other conversations, she didn’t even apply the base coat! My 5 year old could have given me a better massage! Not even one day and the colors chipped not to mention my nails were cut crooked! I will never step foot in this place again! I have never had a bad pedicure I didn’t know you could mess one up! The pictures speak louder than words though! The color wasn’t even applied fully to my nails.... plus a paint run!"
