I had a experience today that I seen a costumer been super rude to one of the lady’s . She was giving her best behavior . Great job to everyone for having great costumer service!! Keep it up !"

"My review is based off 4 ish visits. Every-time I come here it’s bad. The workers attitudes are crap. Sometimes I pass by here on my way to work as it’s the only quick food I can grab. Never again. Today was bad enough. Their sweet tea tastes like unsweetened tea that’s been watered down. I got half a tender. I went back because they gave me the wrong sauce and was missing something I ordered. The girl (skinny and glasses) was talking to me with a tone that implicated I was in the wrong. That somehow it was my fault. Ended up being because I wasn’t charged so I gave her my card again and she then is extremely rude to me and gives me a finger to “hold on” and then when I say thank you (after they messed up), she slams the window shut on me. How would I even begin to know what was charged or not charged if they don’t give receipts? Anyways this place is worse than your typical McDonald’s experience. The chicken is also chewy. Stay away."

"The staff is friendly, but I can never get hot fries. Even when I specifically request it. The line is always very long. I had a mobile order, but had to go in, because the line wasn't moving. The wait inside was just as slow with less people."

"Sunday Dinner @ Popeyes! The only thing upsetting is that I wanted Mardi Gras sauce, however since I ordered 3 pcs of chicken, I couldn’t have it. I’d have to purchase tenders, that’s awfully sad. If they have it available, I should have been able to get it no matter what I purchased."

"This Popeyes is really good. I am usually in luck and get fresh chicken. I've gone a handful of times and only once got some cold strips. Service is ALWAYS polite and friendly - ALWAYS! There are homeless people hanging out near the drive through and one day they were laying almost in the entrance of the drive through but they haven't yet bothered me when ordering."
