"Managers nose dripped into my food. I asked for refund she threatened me, Had to call Stafford PD!..Contacting the food inspectors and corporate. Her attitude was worse than the old chicken rolls I had to return..got mad because she asked me which card for refund, I told her to just read the receipt!..She could read it was Cash!!..she proceeds to attempt to warn me “that she can process this refund this one time!”.. I told her to save her threats and just process my refund… as she is processing it reluctantly she is hissing and I see her nose is dripping, I asked her to process my refund and wipe her nose and all H broke out.. Manager was saving face in front of her crew, rather than LISTEN or LOOK at the burnt Eggrolls or sip the Sprite w/o the Pop in it FIRST!!… she just attempts to bully me…I am in shock so I took her little red boxes and thumped them down and she calls 911 on me??.. SHE STATED I ASSAULTED HER!!..LIES!….Her ego was HURT!.. Why was her nose dripping?… I am asking for her to be drug tested!..she must be an addict of some sort.?!!. All I know is this is America, If your restaurant is hygienically unsound don’t get embarrassed now! Also, I am not ducking or looking behind my back over a crazy PE Manager!!!..I called 911 on you too Ma’am!…"
"The worst experience ever! The only thing they have at this location is the drive-thru, but even that was terrible. Since you’re not looking at what they’re putting on your plate, they take advantage of it. I’ve gone 3 times, and today was the last time. The food had a terrible taste; not even the chili sauce could help it. Save your money and go to another location."
"I have recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Panda Express store located at 11127 W. Airport Blvd. in Stafford, TX. My order consisted of a panda bowl, which I was hoping would be a satisfying and delicious meal. However, to my utmost dismay, all I received was a pitiful excuse for a portion - a mere seven tiny crumbs of orange chicken. I deeply regret not inspecting my order closely before leaving the store. The fact that they could serve such a ridiculously small amount of orange chicken is truly disgraceful. It is absolutely unacceptable for a well-known establishment like Panda Express to stoop so low and provide customers with such a laughable portion. The sheer lack of attention to detail in preparing my order has left me feeling not only disappointed but also cheated. I eagerly looked forward to enjoying a hearty panda bowl, only to be met with a plate that could hardly be considered a snack, let alone a meal. I implore the management of Panda Express store at 11127 W. Airport Blvd. in Stafford, TX to seriously reconsider their quality control measures. It is unfathomable that they would think it is acceptable to serve customers a portion that consists of nothing more than minuscule chicken crumbs. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is not only disheartening but also disrespectful to those who choose to dine at their establishment. In light of my experience, I strongly caution potential customers against visiting this particular Panda Express location. The blatant disregard for providing a reasonable portion and a quality dining experience is evident and leaves much to be desired. In conclusion, my encounter with this Panda Express store has been nothing short of a disappointment. I sincerely hope that they take these concerns seriously and make the necessary changes to ensure that their customers receive the full-size portions they paid for and deserve."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY...STAY AWAY!!! The first woman that asked to help me quickly brushed me off to another to answer my food questions. The second server seemed like I was a bother. I ordered the Beijing Beef with brown rice...it was fine, but a bit light on the sauce, as far as volume. My wife, her VERY FIRST TIME TO EVER GET FOOD HERE, ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The pretty picture on the website menu shows beautiful white meat chicken breast sliced so nicely...what my wife received was GRISLY, FATTY, GREASY, DISGUSTING LOOKING dark meat chicken. The parts of the chicken they served on my wife's order were the parts of the chicken normally reserved for making PET FOOD! Normal people do not eat the disgusting parts of animals like this! There were a scant few pieces of dark meat chicken that we were able to cut out (salvage) from the gristle pile, but... A. It wasn't enough meat to make a decent meal portion. B. She doesn't like dark meat. C. The Panda Express website shows white meat chicken. While I have had past good experiences eating at a Panda Express, at other various locations, this again was my wife's FIRST & LAST TIME EVER to eat food at any Panda Express, and she doesn't ever want to try their food again!!!"
