"Every time I come into this Toot’n Totum location I am always unbelievably disrespected by the assistant manager. I’m not trying to say that I deserve all the respect in the world, but I work a retail job so I know there’s a baseline to how you should treat people. This lady is so inexcusably abhorrent and maliciously sarcastic that I’m not even sure a write-up will help the cause. Hopefully enough of these reviews will get her re-employed elsewhere. If you’re going to constantly treat people like utter garbage, maybe work somewhere else where you don’t have to address the public. Thanks for letting me vent"

"My wife told me this story so I asked her to type it up for me so I could share it with everyone. So here it is... "I came as usual to get my car washed. After vacuuming the inside, my car would not start. I went to the oil change center to explain my situation, and without hesitation Cody Sell came out to try and jump my battery. It did not work so he retrieved another device and tried again. When his second attempt failed, he called another employee named Garrett Williams who left and returned with HIS TRUCK to try for a 3rd time to revive my battery. This time it worked!! Both gentlemen stood there explaining to me what could be the problem and what to do in each instance that they explained. To say that they went above and beyond to demonstrate a moment of care towards me is an understatement. I have been coming to this Toot'n Totum for 8 years for gas, car wash, oil change and inspection stickers...and THIS is the reason why. Neither of them knew who I was at the time of reaching out to help me. They were simply just being good employees and GOOD MEN! I am so impressed. Even before this incident I used them and sent everyone I knew to this location; however AFTER this incident is the reason why I will continue to. Both of these men deserve to be recognized. "I got a 18 dollar car wash that was awful. It has a cool light show on the new car wash but when I got home it looked bad. The soap didn't get rinsed off and streaks everywhere. I went back the next day they said we can't wash it for free. Anything could have happened between yesterday and today."

"I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they still chose to service my vehicle. The staff was friendly and courteous. To make everything even more awesome you get a free car wash with your oil change. The vacuums in the back are extremely powerful and I left with my vehicle looking great."
