"My partner and I decided to try out this new Pho location on a whim, and I can truly say that we were both thoroughly impressed. The restaurant was clean with an eloquent interior, the food was delicious, and the service was notably outstanding. In regards to specific food items, I strongly recommended the beef spring rolls! We felt very accommodated during our meal, and we both cannot wait to return."
"We had dinner here tonight. Holly was our server and she was so sweet and made the most delicious Vietnamese coffee for us! We ordered the vegetarian and pork spring rolls, the shrimp vermicelli bowl, the beef bahn mi and pho. All the food items were absolutely amazing and the service even better! We are so happy this place is now open so close to home."
"In soft opening time now but it runs smooth. Pho and bun bo hue is tasty. Service is good - staff are friendly and sweet. Will come back again"
"Pho Saigon just opened! We were so excited to have a new pho spot to go to nearby. We ordered the pho tai, goi cuon (spring rolls), mi bo kho (beef noodle soup), com ga nuong w/egg roll and fried egg on top, and soda chanh. - Pho tai (took out all the toppings for my kiddos): They gave us smaller bowls and scissors so we could cut the noodles and meat too if we wanted. They had a kid sized bowl but I wasn't sure how much my kids were going to eat so we ordered a small (adult sized) bowl. The kids demolished it. - Spring rolls: loved it! We requested for it to be no veggies inside (just our preference). Those were eaten and gone within seconds. - Mi bo kho: loved how tender the meat and carrots were. I haven't found a restaurant nearby that served this dish so was super excited to see it on the menu and not have to drive to Chinatown for it - Service: Holly was an amazing server for our tables! Everyone was so sweet and our food came out pretty quickly. Considering it was day 2 of their soft opening and we had a party of 9 while they had a lot of other tables to attend to as well, I was impressed. I could tell some of the staff was still getting the hang of some things, but since they just opened, that was to be expected. - Decor: loved the thought that was put into the design. My youngest just got out of the diaper stage, but as a mama, I greatly appreciated that there was a well thought out diaper changing station / space in the bathroom too. Very spacious and modern throughout the restaurant. The booths were spacious and good for big parties/groups. Will definitely be bringing my family back!"
