McAlister's Deli

"We have been going to this McAlister's location for a couple of years now. The food is very good and we have never had a problem. Today we placed a phone pick up order and upon getting home, we discovered that we were missing 1 item, the club wrap. We called the store to see if we could get a refund or head back to the restaurant to pick up the item. After being on hold for about 10 minutes the employee told my wife that the manager would call us tomorrow. Not sure what good that would do as we were eating dinner that evening. My wife explained that we needed this resolved today not tomorrow. After this, the employee told my wife that the reason we could not go back to pick it up or get a refund was because another employee was sure he put the item in the bag. So at this point the employees were accusing us the customer of lying to get an extra 10 dollars or drive back to the restaurant to get a free club wrap. We have never had such a bad customer service experience at any of the McAlister's locations we have visited. We will not be going back here. If you have a pick up order, make sure you check it before you leave as you may be accused of lying about a missing item and have to experience the same thing we did."

"Overall Located off I-10 with easy accessibility for travelers passing through. The location has a clean restaurant, friendly staff, and great food. If you have a trailer, it shouldn’t be too difficult to park, since this location has plenty of parking spaces. Additionally, I think it’s important to mention that there’s no drive thru window. However, if you call ahead of time, they will walk out and hand you your food. Just ask where to park!"

"Such a waste of time and money. The chili was great but that sandwich appearance was horrible it looked dry and left over!! I was such a lover of McAlister's but this has changed my thoughts! And then to add salt to the horrible meal I did the survey and I asked that someone contact me about my experience!!! And I'm still waiting for the call!!"

"They had a wonderful selection of salads and Sandwiches. Elias was very helpful and cheerful as he took my order and helped me navigate through the menu. I had the New Yorker and Steak potato it was great trying something new for a change. Good size to go cups on a hot day like today."
