"Last month I placed an order for their hand made sausage links for my grandma's bday party and they were THE HIT of the party! I tried a few of their menu items at a private event in the past so I knew they would not disappoint! Everyone kept asking where did I get those good links from!? I flew into town for the party and was able to coordinate a convenient time to meet the owner for the order. The service was excellent and efficient. My order was ready on time and package appropriately for the links I was shipping back to Cali. When I am in town, BiG T's Smokehouse is the ONLY house I'm getting my bbq from! "Yo this place is legit. Personally, best brisket I ever had. Rated 10 for softness. You can taste the love. Because his operation is smaller he really pays attention to each piece he cooks. Ribs are just as soft and fall of the bone. Wish he adds more rub on the meat but the bbq sauce makes up for it. Other famous bbq places are cook such large quantities in such a large bbq pit that they don't pay as close attention to the meat. The mac n cheese is delicious. Classic mac n cheese cooked right. Dirty rice is ok. I feel it is missing something. I for sure will be back for the turkey."
