"This location SUCKS they messed up my order yesterday and forgot all the ranch and my order of fries so I called and they said they’re already closed so I could either come pick up the fries and ranch the next day?? Or bring the wings from THAT NIGHT in the next day to get a remake. After arguing on the phone with the manager for 7 MINUTES in the last 30 seconds of the phone call he finally says he’ll put my name in the book to come get a remake the next day and I can just eat the wings I got that night. I said whatever thank you considering you just wasted my time. Today I call ahead to get the order put in for pick up and after being on hold for 15 minutes and re calling like 4 times she finally answered and said she would put it in. I show up and the order hasn’t even been put in. This location really needs a whole new set of employees including the management, who couldn’t provide a store owner number or even a way to obtain it myself."
"First, we came back after a MAJOR issue in November. Aiden was supposed to write issue in the "notebook" for a credit, which we wanted to use tonight, unfortunately Desiree looked in the "notebook" for 1 minute and said she could not find the note. George came up, we described who helped us in November and he said "There was no manager that looked like that and we could just wait until 6 and talk to the manager." and he walked away. It was 5:20, why would we wait 40 minutes? We went ahead and ordered and paid. George, the manager on duty was rude and did not show concern for our issues. We then waited over 45 minutes for our order. Only then to find out we were missing the boneless wings. Asked them to re-make and they FORGOT, only when I pestered the cashier, did she check and find out that they were not being re-made yet, took another 10 minutes, by then my family finished their meals and I had to take mine to go to eat at home. At that time, at 6:10, I asked for the manager George said would be there at 6. Marty and I chatted; I shared all this feedback with her. She apologized and said she would credit our meal."
"Long story short. Once upon a time I got hungry and ordered wingstop from this location from Uber eats. I was very hungry and I had another person with me. We confirmed our order tonline and headed to the store in our iron chariot. Upon arriving to the store we were greeted with arguing employees, unhappy customers and an abnormally longer wait time than expected. The staff tried to re-serve ‘bad’ food to customers and looked extremely laxidasical while preparing food including but not limited to Afros and long hair flowing about. As well as multiple employees on their phones or staring off into the abyss. I’d love to say there was a happy ending to this story but it was simply meh. 17/10 wouldn’t recommend."
"This spot was ok before 2020, but the last few times we went the wings were overcooked and too dry to eat. Even the boneless wings are over done and sauce is just globbed on. You can probably get about a bottles worth of sauce from what is dumped on the food. Too bad the BBQ sauce is so bad. The corn is overseasoned and inedible. The dry rub is caked on some wings and missing from others. Maybe Wingstop would do better if they let customers cook and season their food themselves. Save on the expense of having employees that dont want to work and allow patrons to cook! Better yet you are bound to find better wings at just about any other restaurant. Pizza hut even does it better than this location."
