"Don’t go here! Let this location shut down! I waited 45 minutes for my food after I politely reminded them twice. The entire time they just laughed and played around in the back. What is worse is that the manager was going along with here employees. They seemed very unbothered. Taco Bell management should let them go; didn’t seem like they needed a job. What a sad day in age."

"Ordered 3 Mexican Pizzas and more food in the drive thru. Brought food home & pizzas tasted like they were cooked in old, burnt oil. Disgusting bitter taste. Took them back and talked to female mgr. She NEVER ONCE offered an apology. We traded those pizzas for other food but when I opened my chalupa, it had less than a tablespoon of meat in it. Please take the drive down to TB towards SAC. This place is horrible. We should’ve learned our lesson when we bought kFC on Friday and they forgot our biscuits and family fries."

"First here, last time! This place had 2 drive thru personal, yet only one handling both drive thru and service desk. Staff just joking around, no salt. One person wanted to pay with cash. Cashier said they didn't have change. So customer had to go look for change. While still here a wrong order was given the wrong person. Yet still one other person kept asking if her order was ready. Had called it in. WHAT A JOKE!!!"
