"When I got there the Cashier was wiping her face with a paper towel, then proceeded to take my order and then packed my order without gloves. Grabbed a spoon and other utensils that are not in plastic covering. I would NOT recommend a place to go eat where they practice poor hygiene. You should ALWAYS use gloves when packing someone's food."

"There was super sweet cashier at the window. Very polite, and patient to help when I ask about the Superbowl special and scan the window barcode so I can get it, everyone inside did their job great,I would definitely comeback to that location"

"I had El Pollo Loco for the first and last time over the weekend. If you’re looking to spend more on a meal with small portion sizes, this is your place. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was tasty, however they were small in size with not too much meat. The broccoli was the worst part, IT WAS RAW. Mac and cheese was decent as well. The man at the drive thru needs to listen more carefully and pay attention when someone orders. He didn’t catch that we wanted two kids meals and the sides were not correct when asked. Overall I do not recommend El Pollo Loco, you are better off looking elsewhere on San Pedro in that area."

"I wasn't going to post about the very rude customer service going through the drive thru. But to get home to find very little chicken that taste old and stale is uncalled for. We ordered a burrito and a pollo bowl, to our surprise it was filled with all rice. We took pictures and threw our food away. Sad we drove from New Braunfels TX to San Pedro and back home for a bad experience."
