"My favorite JJ location. Always fast, correct, sandwich is put together well. YES THIS MATTERS!!! If I'm paying someone to make a sandwich for me, I expect it to be edible AS a sandwich. Not everything sliding out the side or back, unless I ordered it stuffed with extras. Always fresh and consistent."

"First time at this location. Not a people friendly environment at all. Unorganized. The guy whom took my order hemmed and hawed and sighed at any questions, placed my 3 items on the counter and I had to ask him for a bag and he appeared put out. And not a thank you. Very lazy and obviously doesn’t like to work. I’ll never go to this location again."

"Personal experience on take out was 5 star. Picked up order. Work business 3 stars. Telephone order and delivery. Work experience was a bit rough. We had Jimmy John's cater the first two days of our applicant interview sessions. While the food was and delivery was good, management was clearly not interested in having repeat catering business which we've never experienced this before with Jimmy John's. New manager made it difficult to order, difficult to change an order and really helped us to make a decision not to use them for a three week, two day a week interview process. In the past when we called on Jimmy John's they were readily available, easy to work with, extremely accommodating and more, not so much this time. We ended up not using them the remainder of the interview season because of management and difficulties with submitting orders for our house account. Total amount of lost business, over $ 1,000.00 but i guess they were not really interested in large group business at the time."
