Starbucks

"Awful service lately but I work in the mall so this is the closets Starbucks. What happened to Cammy wasnt she the manager? Service use to be quick and the employees were friendly. Now its a hot mess. Waited over 30 minutes for a lousy ice coffee. And on top of that they forgot the cream. And when I asked this older lady rudely said that Ice Coffee doesn’t automatically come with cream. I know that! But I clearly asked for it because it said so on the sticker!!"

"The staff is very nice and is very quick pumping drinks out. Not even 5 minutes after I did a mobile order, it was ready. The reason why I rated a 2 is because of the inconsistencies of the baked good items. Sometimes, I order an Everything bagel, warmed with Cream Cheese. I often get the everything bagel, but the last few times I came there to get my drink and Bagel, I get my drink no problem and it's always good but when I asked about my bagel, sometimes, they asked my name and make it for me. One time, I was in a rush to go home from work, and my ride was about to be there in 5 minutes. By that time, I waited for 10 minutes after I asked about my bagel. They never gave it to me, so I left. This time, they ran out of Cream Cheese, so they gave me butter instead. It's not the same as having cream cheese. I'll always be back for my drink, but for the baked goods, not any more."

"10 a.m. on December 23rd and mall is almost empty...remember the Christmas schedule ...no more. But by 11 there was a comfortable hustle and bustle. Most people in masks, signs all over stating masks recommended!!"

"They forgot one of my order first after I wait for 7 minutes. I told I want less ice but still forgot and just throw a lot ice in it. While I ordering， they were not that responsible"

"Aways busy here but worth the wait. Cant go wrong with a warm coffee to help stroll the mall. Some seating is available but first come basis."
