"went for lunch today placed my order came out to 28.00 I paid with a 50$ bill that was one of the old old 50$and they would not take my money making an excuse saying they can not drop it in the safe it will not take it lol really . The truth is they did not know how to make sure its a real 50$ bill or not it had the blue and red marks all over the 50$ bill but the manager keep saying they can not drop it in the safe . But that what happens when you have dum people working and can not tell the difference between real and fake smh . DO BETTER TACO BELL ON HIRING AND TRAINGING YOUR MANGER ON HOW TO TELL IF BILL ARE REAL OR FAKE ."

"Man, I don't understand what happened. We used to eat Taco Bell 5 times a week. Their menu lost half their selection. Their portions are smaller. Prices are higher. And everything we used to like on the menu is gone. At least the drive-thru isn't as long anymore. And now there is no Front counter cashier anymore. Just robots. I feel that soon there won't be any humans running the business anymore robots can easily make the food they are serving now.....if you want human interaction and good tacos. Try Mya's off of lesshearson and Culebra rd."

"Zero customer service. I was forced to use a kiosk and could not find a simple bean and cheese burrito. You would think with their high prices they could afford help. Been a customer all my life, but now they are at the bottom of the fast food chain."

"The lady at the window handed me the wrong drink, so I gave it back and explained it was not correct, she very ugly like, too it and gave me the right one, I then asked her well is my food going to be correct with the customizations requested, she said yes very rudely! But fully assured me it was correct. I got home, and sure enough, the order was completely wrong, none of my customizations. And when I tried to speak to someone at the store, the app, the headquarters, or the website I couldn't get anyone to speak to fix it but I sent a message through the app and online, NEVER got a single response!"

"My taco completely fell apart due to being soggy. It was too disgusting and wet to eat. Absolutely upsetting since it was a waste of my money!! I hardly ever get the Doritos locos, so I’m incredibly disappointed I didn’t even get to eat this one!!! :("
