"I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I needed an oil change ASAP. I took my vehicle to another place in Bastrop. They said they could not do my oil change because my bolt was stripped. I called around to other shops. Finally at Lost Pines Full service I spoke with Kollin. Explained my situation. He did explain it was important to know if the bolt was stripped or rounded. (I learned something today). I asked if he was busy and if I could bring the car in NOW. He said sure, he was busy but would look at my vehicle. I was there in 5 mins. Within 10 mins he was sure he was able to help me. He was confident. Now since my bolt was messed up it did take a minute to get off. But Kollin got it done and I was out of there within an hour. Very satisfied with the service and will be back for all my vehicles."
