"We broke down on the side of the road in the middle of no where on our way home. Our insurance road side insurance set us up with Danny's Texas pride. I called them to see about how long it would be since we were on the side of the road with our kids. The lady who answered showed no compassion, professional and was very rude. She told me it would be a long time which I totally understand but when I was trying to ask if she thought it would be hours and if we should try and find another towing company she said rudely she was cancelling our request and hung up. Compassion during these times would of gone a long way. We used another company who was very professional, polite and made us feel so much better during this unexpected scary situation. Do not recommend this company at all."

"Even though they’re always busy, they’re dedicated to getting your vehicle repaired quickly and done right. My recent visit there were a couple of lug nuts that needed replacing. They ordered them and they came in the day I was to pick up vehicle after brakes and rotors replaced and new thermostat. The ones they got were gold colored, not silver like the rest of them. They quickly called business where they’d gotten them and was able to get the last two silver ones they had in stock. Would gold ones have worked, yes but they were also concerned about looks. After brakes and thermostat, not that important, but customer satisfaction is to them. We’ve taken our vehicles there for years and never disappointed with their service."

"Amazing service. I am in a very large local car club in Bastrop, and many of our members have been using Brian to repair their cars for years. He and his wife recently bought this business. I have a 1965 Oldsmobile Starfire that has had brake issues every since we bought it. Didn't matter what I changed, the car would pull sharp right when you hit the brakes. I was talking to Brian and he suggested bringing the drums in and let them look at them and turn them. I didn't turn them the first time, because these drums are unobtainium..Impossible to find. So I took them in there. Actually I had my mother take them over in her car, and one of the guys took them from her car. Next day I get a note that they are ready and drove out there to get them. They looked awesome. Brian told me that they specifically made sure that they were the exact same diameter after turning them. If they are not, they can pull. We took them home and put them on the car, and it stops like new. Very happy and will be taking it back for other stuff. They won't leave your classic car outside overnight either."
