Here, the kitchen is further away, and for it, you sacrifice nothing. The food seems fresher. I know for a fact it was hotter than any mall version, and I know. Charley's is my go-to for mall food. My fries are crispy. Cheese steak is cheesier. Overall better. Justin, who took my order seemed new but eager. Big smile and greeting from Justin and everyone, like they were glad I came in. Good feeling. And they were by no means dead. I think they need more road signs. We can't have good locations like this disappearing like they sometimes do. Also, get the app. Get your rewards."
