"Nice alternative to the traditional sub sandwiches. Tasty and fresh, prepared well and 8n a pretty timely fashion. We did have several door dash orders delay our food, a necessary evil in today's economy but would be nice to prioritize orders for people there and waiting. Staff was pleasant and worked diligently. Dining area was spotlessly clean and condiment / drink station fully stocked. Worthy of frequent visits, but allow some time and be patient."

"We’ve been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly- shout outs to Jackie, Judy, Ryan, and the guys in the back prep area. Love the green goddess salad. Ingredients are always fresh. I’ve only had an issue with my order maybe twice in 5 years and they always go out of the way to make it right. The bagels, pastries and soufflés are all delicious. Sometimes bathrooms could use a bit more attention but other than that I have no complaints. I highly recommend the coffee club- free coffee every day- pays for itself almost immediately!"

"Great dining experience for a early afternoon adventurer. The family enjoyed great meal choices with soup, pizza and a sandwich. The ordering was simplistic for myself with three choices. Phone app, kiosk or conventional. With a few questions on different items we went the conventional route. Our greeter was pleasant and efficient taking our order and completing it precisely as we had asked. Our order seemed to be ready very quickly, I believe around 5 minutes. Seating was awesome in my opinion. Each area of the dining room seemed to have these secluded spaces to eat in depending on your level of interaction with those around us. Good touch Panera. "Very bad experience! I ordered for pick-up. First of all: they got my order wrong and gave the the wrong sandwich. I just noticed it on the way home. The sandwich bread was old and hard. I also ordered a pecan braid and it was also old and seemed to be from the day before… As I picked up the order I also wanted to order a smoothie, but no one of the service paid attention. I asked several times if someone is able to help me and can take my order for an additional smoothie - the staff was just discussing who is responsible for taking the order - so I just left with my pre-ordered bag."

"This is a very nice restaurant located off Round Grove Rd in Lewisville. There are different sitting options both inside and outside. They even have a private room inside to host large groups. Outside, it has a bistrot like feeling. You can order your food directly on terminals available inside without any interactions. The managers and employees are very nice and orders are filled fairly quickly. We love their soups and their pizzas."
