"I have really been impressed with this location. I frequent during lunch hours. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The crew is always warm and respectful. The food is ready in a timely manner. Today, however, I was really disappointed to see one crew member, handling front counter, cooking, AND drive thru on her own. I think her name was Ysalla. But kudos to her because she was respectful and kind the whole time dealing with grumpy hungry people while managing an entire store during lunch hours on her own. What a beast! She is obviously dedicated to this location and deserves recognition!"

"I was at drive thru speaker for about 8 minutes no one took my order or acknowledge me to wait. I drove to the window and the lady told me the speaker was working and if I wanted to order I had to go back to it. This location drive thru is always slow not sure why because it never looks bussy."

"Staff is rude manager is nice guy. VERY rude shift leader lady yelling the whole time. Never again. I had to edit my review to say THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER. I wouldn’t be so upset if they weren’t so terrible with me. I was excited to try the Texas Whopper, guess next time, at a different location."

"The girl who was at the window tonight, July 10th, 2023, at 11:02pm , needs to be fired. I arrived to pick up an Uber eats order (meaning they already should have the order because Uber only puts the delivery out to drivers if the restauranthas accepted it). There were no cars at the order screen, so being that I did not need to place an order, I pulled straight ahead to the window. Two cars pull in behind me. The girl opens the window and says, "You need to go around, I have cars," as if I wasn't a car too. I tell her I don't need to make an order. I'm just picking up an Uber eats order. She says, "You need to go around." and she's making a face like "serves you right" like if I really ruined her day and needed punishment. So she expected me to drive back around; wait; get to the order screen; and tell her I have an Uber eats order. She was acting as if I'd cut in line or something. There was no one in line. Maybe service isn't the industry for her. Then, as if she hadn't done a bad enough job, she outwardly laughs out the window as I drive forward without the customers order. I have that on video."
